Early WWE Draft Results: Seth Rollins goes 1st Overall

Tonight’s highly anticipated WWE Draft started off with the first 5 picks being taken within the first 7 minutes of the Smackdown Live broadcast. Stephanie McMahon and Mick Foley stand behind the RAW podium on the right on your television screen while Shane McMahon represent Smackdown from the left.

With the first overall pick, Stephanie McMahon announces Seth Rollins as the new face of Monday Night RAW. Shane takes current WWE Champion Dean Ambrose who will represent Smackdown. Women’s WWE Champion Charlotte goes 3rd overall and is the first female competitor off the board. The “Phenomenal” AJ Styles goes 4th overall to Smackdown and NXT’s Finn Balor goes to RAW as the 5th overall pick.

1st Overall (RAW): Seth Rollins

2nd Overall (Smackdown): Dean Ambrose

3rd Overall (RAW): Charlotte

4th Overall (Smackdown): AJ Styles

5th Overall (RAW): Finn Balor
