2010 Breakout Fighter of the Year: ‘Showtime’ Pettis

Anthony Pettis started his 2010 campaign coming off the first loss of his career by the hands of Bartimus Palaszewski via split decision at WEC 45. Fast forward a year, 4 consecutive victories, and one showtime kick later and Pettis finds himself sitting in the number #1 Contender seat, poised to claim UFC lightweight gold. Not bad for a years work.
