Lucha Underground
Alberto Del Rio is headed to Lucha Underground

Former WWE superstar Albert Del Rio, now know as El Patron, has reached a settlement with his former company according to F4W. This is exciting news for fans of AAA’s Lucha Undergound. Word around the campfire is that Del Rio will be on set when the upstart Mexican wrestling promotion begins their second set of tapings early next year.
The reason WWE lifted Del Rio’s non-compete clause was mainly due to their fear of him exposing their alleged racism toward Hispanics. It was also reported that Del Rio and the WWE reached a financial understanding that helped both parties forget about their differences.
Lucha Underground has already made a monumental impact with just three episodes under their belt. The addition of Del Rio is a game changer. It goes without saying that you can expect big things from Lucha Underground in 2015.
