Enzo Amore suffers serious injury during WWE Payback

The #1 contenders match for the WWE Tag Team Championship between The Vaudevillains and Enzo Amore & Cass was stopped short when Amore appeared to be knocked out after a botched spot.
We won’t speculate on the injury but Enzo was stretchered out of the AllState Arena after his head hit the 2nd rope and then bounced of the mat violently before he hit the floor outside of the ring. Full marks to the referee in charge who immediately took control of the situation by throwing up the dreaded X with his arms before calling off the match. We’ll continue to update you on Enzo’s status throughout the night @Wrestling Desk.
UPDATE: Enzo is talking and moving his extremities Per Michael Cole on the Payback broadcast which is great news. Let’s pray for a speedy recovery for Enzo.
UPDATE #2: Before the main event between AJ Styles and Roman Reigns went live, Michael Cole announced that Amore had been diagnosed with a concussion. All other test results came back negative.
