Dillon Danis to make Pro MMA debut at Bellator 198

Talented Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu player Dillon Danis, well-known for his friendship with MMA mega star Conor McGregor, is set to make his professional mixed martial arts debut for the Bellator promotion next month.

Bellator announced earlier today that Danis (0-0) will fight Kyle Walker (2-4) at Bellator 198 on April 28th inside of the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. The card will be headlined by a first round Heavyweight World Grand Prix tournament bout between MMA legends Frank Mir and Fedor Emelianenko.

While he has made most of his headlines thanks to his trash talk as an integral part of McGregor’s fight camps, Danis is a legit BJJ black belt who has worked extensively with one of the greatest grapplers of all-time in Marcelo Garcia.

Danis versus Walker will kick of the Bellator 198 main card live on the Paramount Network at 9 p.m. ET.
