Matt Brown out of TUF Latin America 2 finale bout with Kelvin Gastelum

Arguably the most exciting competitor in mixed martial arts today, Matt Brown (20-13), has been forced to withdraw from his upcoming bout against TUF 17 winner Kelvin Gastelum (11-1).
As reported by FOXSports earlier this evening, it was an ankle injury that occurred during training that forced Brown to pull out of the TUF Latin America 2 headliner.
Sorry to confirm the truth here. I apologize to @KelvinGastelum and hope the best for him. https://t.co/sB4q0UfKuH

UFC officials are actively searching for a replacement for Brown with this card still being 3-weeks away. If a replacement is not found for Gastelum in time, expect the current co-headlining contest between former #1 contender Ricardo Lamas (15-4) and TUF 1 tournament victor Diego Sanchez (25-7) to be promoted to main event status.
