New #1 contender for Randy Orton’s title crowned

A new #1 contender for WWE Championship was crowned tonight on Smackdown Live during a six-pack challenge match that took place during the first hour of the show. Dolph Ziggler, Sami Zayn, Luke Harper, Mojo Rawley, Jinder Mahal and Erick Rowan all battled for a shot at the winner of Randy Orton versus Bray Wyatt; that match takes place at WWE Payback on April 30th.
After being traded to Smackdown Live from RAW just one weeks ago, Jinder Mahal got the biggest victory of his career by pinning Sami Zayn with the help of some interference from the debuting The Bollywood Boyz.
Mahal will get his title shot on May 21st at WWE Backlash.
