NJPW on the Road: Will Ospreay (Videos 1-3)

Arriving at Narita International Airport, Will Ospreay was amped up to compete in Japan for the first time. With excitement and nervousness all wrapped into one, Will came with a swagger to impress. You can see Ospreay is absorbing everything and showing his gratitude for this amazing experience. It’s a bit surreal for him.

His British nationality is very important to him and he dons it with a British flag that he will bring to the ring. Ospreay is the first British wrestler in 21 years to compete for the IWGP title. The press conference and his match with Kushida along with seeing the Sumo arena was a magical experience for young Ospreay, realizing his dream come true is an awesome sight for any fan of his. You can see his hard work paying off. Do yourself a favor and take the time to enjoy this gem.

Ospreay takes on Kushida at NJPW Dominion in Osaka-jo Hall at 3 am ET (4 pm local time) tomorrow morning in a rematch of their instant classic at Invasion Attack. Kushida’s Junior Heavyweight title will be on the line. You can watch it live on NJPW World.

Her first memories of wrestling were with her two brothers watching Monday Night Raw, hiding under the covers, out of the site of the demonic Undertaker. Her love for wrestling grew and she loves to share her passion for it with the world.
