NXT TakeOver: Samoa Joe vs. Finn Bálor will be NXT’s 1st steel cage match

A stipulation for Samoa Joe vs. Finn Balor at NXT: TakeOver on June 8th was announced earlier today on Facebook. NXT GM William Regal made the announcement before showing some footage of a brawl between the two men that took place this past Saturday night in Portland, Oregon.

Balor successfully defended his title against Joe at the two previous TakeOver events before dropping it to the current champ at a house show in Lowell, MA last month. This will be the first time a Steel Cage match has taken place in the history of NXT.
