Pacquiao gets revenge, defeats Bradley in an entertaining rematch (Highlights)

Timothy Bradley’s WBO welterweight title and undefeated record was on the line last night inside of the MGM Grand Garden Arena when he took on Manny Pacquiao in a rematch of their highly controversial 2012 contest. This time around the judges would award the decision to the correct fighter.

For the first half of 12-round contest the two fighters looked to be pretty much even on the scorecards depending on who you ask. For the last half, it was all Pac-Man. He would land flurries of punches looking to finish his opponent and avoid another robbery by the hands of the judges. Bradley did a lot of clowning and looked to channel Floyd Mayweather Jr. with his defensive movements. It didn’t quite work. In the end, Pacquiao would run away with a unanimous decision victory (116-112 x 2, 118-110) to even the score between the two men at one victory a piece. A trilogy bout seems imminent if the 35-year-old Pacquiao decides to stick around for another couple of years like he says he will. Check out some highlights from the fight below.
