Report: Alberto Del Rio to wrestle for ROH, potentially fight for Bellator

According to Dave Meltzer, El Patron (Alberto Del Rio) will wrestle for Ring of Honor, not TNA, in North America come 2015. Patron could join ROH as early as January which would help the promotion immensely since a lot of their top stars will be overseas wrestling for NJPW.
ROH has shows scheduled in Tennessee, TN, Philadelphia, PA, Dearborn, MI, and Dayton, OH for the month of January. Patron is still expected to compete for Lucha Underground as well in 2015.
Meltzer also mentioned that Alberto is being courted by Bellator MMA. The last time he competed in the sport (under the name of Don Caros Jr.) was back in 2010. He currently sports a professional record of 9-5.
Since settling with the WWE, Patron has appeared at various shows including Tommy Dreamer’s House of Hardcore VII and most recently AAA’s Guerra de Titanes where he captured their World Heavyweight Championship.
