NXT
Report: Roderick Strong is WWE bound

Mr. ROH himself is headed to WWE.
According to AllWrestlingNews, Roderick Strong has officially signed with WWE. It’s not clear whether or not Strong will start with NXT or be sent straight up to RAW or Smackdown. All we know is that Strong will debut when “the time is right,” according to WWE officials. And word around the campfire is that he will be debuting for the NXT brand sooner rather than later.
Strong hasn’t been in action since June/July when he said goodbye to Ring of Honor, where he spent 13 years, Evolve and PWG. If you’re a pro wrestling fan who is exclusive to WWE/NXT and aren’t familiar with Strong’s work – it’s time to get excited. This is a guy, who at the ripe young age of 33, still has some of his best years ahead of him. Roderick Strong will hold multiple titles wherever he may land on WWE programming. He’s fought everyone who is everyone and he’s never, ever mailed it in.
Strong is so good, in fact, that his ROH TV Title match versus Jay Lethal at a television taping in Kalamazoo entered in at #5 on our top 10 matches of the year last year.
If you’re not in the mood to take our word on it, that’s fine, we have no issue with leaving you a little taste of video evidence from three of his best PWG matches to feast on below.
