Report: Wanderlei out of UFC 175; Vitor to face Chael
I will never fight you!
According to Globo Combate out of Brazil, Wanderlei Silva will not be able to compete against Chael Sonnen in their highly anticipated UFC 175 grudge match. The report states that Wanderlei had failed to appear for his required tests on the date stated by the NSAC. This means that Wanderlei does not have a license to compete and will be replaced. Enter Vitor Belfort.
Sonnen versus anyone out of Brazil these days will be advertised as a grudge match. Wanderlei and Vitor remain as the top two men though that the fans really want to see Chael battle. Vitor replacing Wand is like 1A replacing 1A. The hate is real, and if Vitor can get Chael where he wants him, it may take more than a referee to get him off.
