The more professional wrestling on television the merrier. Am I right?

Toronto based promotion Smash Wrestling announced earlier today that they will be airing episodes on Fight Network beginning on Thursday, July 20th. The shows will continue to air every Thursday night at 10 p.m. ET following Impact Wrestling.

Why is this exciting? Well, if you’re familiar with Smash you already know why. If not, I can tell you first hand that Smash Wrestling boasts one of the most exciting rosters and they are able to pull talent from all over the place simply because they are so respected. They also manage to give their fans fantastic ongoing storylines and themed shows to look forward to every year. This is a promotion that deserves all of the positive attention that they are getting right and will continue to get in the future.

The first episode of Smash Wrestling on Fight Network will feature a GOLD Tournament First Round match between Lio Rush and Tarik and a Smash Wrestling Rewind match between Rosemary and Sebastian Suave. This match took place this past April at the ‘New Girl in Town’ show and was Rosemary’s final match for the promotion. The July 27th episode will feature another GOLD first round match, this one between Kevin Bennett and Brent Banks, and a NO DQ Title match between Tyson Dux and Jimmy Havoc.

Fans who subscribe to the Smash On Demand service can still watch episodes 24 hours after they air on Fight Network.
