This one is a no-brainer if you’re a WWE fan. I’m going to go as layman as I can here.

For just $9.99 a month. The full WWE, ECW, WCW, NXT libraries will be at your fingertips. You’ll get 24/7 original WWE programming. We will also get that ‘Legends House’ reality show we’ve been waiting for and wondering about for the last handful of years along with RAW and Smackdown pre-shows every week. Let’s be honest, this is the kind of thing we were expecting tonight. It’s a nice deal. There was one thing, one revelation though that made everyone who watched this live announcement from the Consumers Electronic Show in Las Vegas decide that they’d be all in. Every single WWE pay-per-view will be included in this $9.99 a month package – including WrestleMania, and beginning with WrestleMania 30 on April 6th. The network itself will be available for fans to purchase at 9 a.m. ET on February 24th, the morning after the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view and just hours before the first ‘Road to WrestleMania 30’ Monday Night Raw on the USA network.

Last year every single WWE PPV cost an average of $46.10 alone – almost $600 a year. Add that to all of this original programming and a library that has spanned generations at your fingertips for only $9.99 a month? If you’re like me, or Ron Simmons, only one word comes to mind in situations like this, “Damn!”

I know that’s a lot to digest for WWE fans. It may even take  a couple of nights sleep to begin to take it all in but I can promise you it’ll be further pounded into our craniums during every Monday night broadcast between now and then.

Below we’ve attached the full ground breaking announcement featuring CEO Vince McMahon, Hall of Famers Stone Cold Steven Austin and Shawn Michaels, Chief Brand Officer Stepahine McMahon, COO Triple H, and more for you in video form. If you don’t have time for that (I recommend you at least bookmark it for further reference and enjoyment) then check out this link to further educate yourself – WWE Network launches 2.24.14.
