5 Things You Didn’t Know About Hasbulla Magomedov

Dagestani blogger Hasbulla Magomedov is the most popular person on the internet these days, especially in the MMA circles. The blogger from the ‘crazy mountains’ has amassed more than 1 MILLION followers on Instagram within a few weeks, and clips of him doing all sorts of hilarious stuff are doing rounds on every social media platform. However, there’s a lot more that should know about the young man. Here are five things you didn’t know about Hasbulla Magomedov.
His Condition
Hasbulla is not a child as many of you must have already come to know. He has a child-like appearance with a high-pitched voice, but he isn’t a kid. In fact, he turned 18 last year and is an adult. According to The Sun, Hasbulla suffers from GHD (Growth Hormone Deficiency), which occurs when the pituitary gland doesn’t produce enough somatotropin.
Hasbullah is about 1 meter or 3 feet and 3.37 inches in height and weighs around 16 kilos.
Best Friends With Khabib
Dagestan has a very closely-knit community, so it’s not surprising that everybody literally knows one another. However, Hasbulla happens to be best friends with some of the best MMA fighters in the world, including former UFC lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov.
The 18-year-old is often seen with Khabib and other fighters in video clips and pictures. Initially, when Hasbulla went viral, many people thought that he was Khabib’s son, because of his uncanny resemblance with Khabib’s late father, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov. However, he’s not related to ‘The Eagle’.

He is often referred to as ‘Mini Khabib’.
He Loves Cars
Hasbulla is a car guy through and through. His Instagram is full of pictures of him posing with fancy cars. During the press conference for his upcoming fight with Abdurozik, a Tajik national with the same condition as Hasbulla, the Dagestani expressed his love for cars, saying that he would like to own a car showroom and workshop down the road.
With the kind of money the young man’s making through his social media presence, it wouldn’t be long before we see Hasbulla emerge as a successful car dealer in his hometown of Makhachkala.

He Loves Oatmeal
Hasbulla LOVES oatmeal, and won’t spare anybody who disrespects it. During their press conference, Abdurozik called Hasbulla ‘oatmeal head’, which offended ‘Hasbik’ to the extent that he challenged his opponent to an immediate fight. Hasbulla also warned Abdurozik of dire consequences for disrespecting his favorite meal.
In another video doing rounds on the internet, Hasbulla can be seen joking about punishing his younger cousin for also disrespecting oatmeal.
He Wants To Be A Scholar In Islamic Studies
Make no mistake about it, Hasbulla loves his fans and followers, but he doesn’t pay attention to all the fame he’s getting. His main goal is to start his own business and finish his studies, learn the Quran, and become a theologian and a legal scholar.
For now, Hasbullah is putting in hours in training for his upcoming fight with Abdurozik, which is one of the most highly-anticipated showdowns of 2021. If you don’t believe me, go and have a look at his promoter Ashab Tamaev’s YouTube channel. The Hasbulla-Abdurozik press conference already has more views than the Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Conor McGregor press conference, which happened three years ago.
