UFC 194 ‘Embedded’ Episode 1: ‘My victory will be his worst punishment’

In the first episode of UFC 194 ‘Embedded’ we join a loose and laid back champion, Chris Weidman, as he does a little media just days out from defending his world title. After that, it’s time to check out Luke Rockhold before he heads out to Vegas. Once again, he’s quick to remind us that he’s not just a surfer and a partier, he doesn’t “f**k around” when he gets into the octagon – this is what he does for a living.

Next up we head to Rio to join Jose Aldo in Brazil as he finishes up his camp. “Fight well and destroy a shit talker,” is the name of the game according to Aldo’s head coach Andre Pederneiras.

“When I win he’ll have to shut up. I don’t know if it’ll be quick or if I’m going to punish him,” Aldo explains to the cameras. “My victory will be his worst punishment.”

This episode closes out with Conor McGregor and company doing a little movement training at the UFC gym in Torrance, CA before they head over to Hermosa Beach to enjoy the rest of the night.
