The heavyweight PPV contest between former UFC champ Fabricio Werdum and Derrick Lewis has been removed from tonight’s UFC 216 card out of Las Vegas.

MMAFighting is reporting that Lewis was unable to move as of this morning due to severe back pain.

The card will go on with 11 fights and will begin at 7 p.m. ET on UFC Fight Pass due to this late removal. The heavyweight contest between Mark Godbeer and Walt Harris that was originally slated to take place on UFC Fight Pass has been promoted to the same main card slot previously held by Lewis and Werdum.

UPDATE: Walt Harris will now replace Derrick Lewis to take on Fabricio Werdum. A healthy Mark Godbeer has been completely removed from the card but will likely be compensated.
