Errol Spence Jr. made his hometown proud last night with a quick first round liver shot KO finish inside of The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. The fight aired live on Showtime Championship Boxing.
Spence now moves to 24-0 with 21 KO’s after his second successful defense of his IBF Welterweight Title now one year removed from his massive win over Kell Brook in Sheffield, England where it all began with that late stoppage victory.
During the post-fight press conference, Spence joked that he may just change his name to the “Body Snatcher” due to his consistent work to the body that has broken down opponent after opponent since his amateur days.
Relive the finish and the call by the legendary Mauro Ranallo in the video above.
