Video: Michael Bisping cuts a heel promo on Robert Whittaker following UFC 213 victory

A wounded Robert Whittaker was able to defeat Yoel Romero tonight in the main event of UFC 213 to earn the UFC interim middleweight title. Romero seemed to be on his way to victory after taking the first two rounds and injuring Whittaker’s left knee in the process with some nasty oblique kicks. Whittaker would come back to take the final three rounds as Romero gassed out to earn a unanimous decision victory (48-47 on all three judges scorecards) By defeating Romero,
Whittaker earns himself a shot at current middleweight champ Michael Bisping to unify the titles later this year. After the fight, Bisping cut a beautiful Bispingesque heel promo inside of the cage to help hype their upcoming fight.

“First of all Robert, that was an awesome fight, Romero, well done. I wanted to come in here and talk a lot of shit but it was an awesome fight. But the fact that you’re standing there with that f**king belt on like you’re a champion makes me sick. You should be ashamed of yourself. Here [throws his title on the ground] take that, fight me for it. I’ll see you soon mother f**ker.”
